About the 2020 Internship Programme
With the aim of building capacity within the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), the Caribbean Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (CCREEE) has launched a call for interns who wish to gain experience in the energy sector.
In anticipation of a surge in electric vehicle (EV) deployment, in 2018, the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat convened the Regional Electric Vehicle Working Group as a forum through which governments, worked alongside leading regional and national actors to share experiences, lessons learned and best practices on electric‑vehicle use and performance within the Community.
The Caribbean Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (CCREEE) has partnered with the Governments of Belize, the Cooperative Republic of Guyana and the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago to undertake the development of Integrated Resource and Resilience Plans (IRRPs).
