CCREEE’s technical programmes are led by the Centre’s Head of Technical Programmes who manages its key programmes, including: Integrated Resource and Resilience Planning, Project Development, Knowledge Management, Capacity Building and Communications and Public Relations.
The Head of Technical Programmes works closely with the Finance Manager in the management of the programmatic budget and reports to the Executive Director who oversees the Centre’s holistic functioning and management.
Dr Devon Gardner is the CCREEE’s Head of Technical Programmes. Dr Gardner – who holds a doctoral degree in chemical physics – previously served as the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat’s Programme Manager (Energy) and Head of the Energy Unit for more than seven years. He also served the region in prior roles at the University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus and the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre, among others.
