The CCREEE Secretariat executes most of its activities in coordination and cooperation with Thematic Hubs (THs) composed of institutions with comparative advantages in specific technology or thematic areas. The CCREEE has nominated regional THs in the areas of Bio-energy, Hydro Energy, Solar PV, E-Mobility, Wind Energy, Quality Infrastructure, Geothermal and Energy Efficiency. The network of Thematic Hubs (THs) will be further expanded gradually.
The CCREEE’s Thematic Hubs have:
– A clear mandate for renewable energy and energy efficiency (RE & EE) and related expertise, reputations and capacities;
– The ability to influence and contribute effectively to the promotion of RE & EE in the region.
